Inside the project

Context

SolvePatch is my software services brand, covering custom applications, automation, system integrations and websites. It needed its own identity and a website that would help prospective clients understand the offer and describe the problem they wanted to solve. Business processes and collaboration outcomes led the content, with technical details given their own context.

Role

I designed and built the complete experience: visual identity, information architecture, Polish and English copy, interface, interactive diagrams, contact handling and deployment configuration. I combined the role of brand founder with responsibility for the site's design and implementation.

Constraints

The website needed to explain a broad offer without overwhelming visitors with technology. Every page had to work consistently in two languages, light and dark themes, and on mobile devices. The contact form needed reliable delivery on serverless infrastructure, with shared sending limits and clear error states.

Approach

I built the website with Next.js App Router, React and TypeScript. Tailwind CSS and Radix components provide a shared interface system, while Motion supports animations and interactive process explanations. next-intl handles content and localized routes, with language switching preserving the current page. I implemented metadata, a sitemap, structured data and social images. The contact flow uses Resend and React Email templates to deliver enquiries and confirmations in the client's language; Upstash Redis enforces shared request limits across application instances. Vercel hosts the site on its own domain.

Outcome

The live solvepatch.com website contains 11 pages per language: the homepage, a services overview and four service pages, collaboration, about, technology, contact and privacy. Shared navigation, responsive layouts and two themes keep the journey from exploring the offer to sending an enquiry consistent. The brand now has its own visual system and a production enquiry channel.

Lessons

Building a website for my own brand required business communication and product engineering to work together. The key was translating technical capabilities into recognizable client problems and completing the entire contact journey. Shared components and structured bilingual content make it easier to extend the offer while keeping the experience consistent.
