Inside the project

Context

Mongolian.pl needed a complete e-commerce presence that combined established store functionality with a visual presentation and product catalogue tailored to the client's business.

Role

I worked in a three-person team and was primarily responsible for the storefront appearance. I also refined product-catalogue modules to match the client's requirements.

Constraints

The custom interface and catalogue behaviour had to fit PrestaShop's conventions, remain reliable for a live store, and integrate with the rest of the team's work without replacing proven commerce features.

Approach

We used PrestaShop as the commerce foundation and Bootstrap for the presentation layer. I adapted templates and styling into a consistent storefront, then adjusted catalogue modules where the standard behaviour did not fully support the client's product structure.

Outcome

The result is a production online store with a distinct interface and a catalogue experience aligned with the business, delivered collaboratively and operating on the public Mongolian.pl domain.

Lessons

Commercial work inside an established platform taught me to identify the right extension points and focus custom development where it creates visible value. Close coordination was just as important as the implementation because design and module changes crossed team boundaries.
